How It Works

We embed inside your company like a new hire — but we’re really there to audit your culture, morale, training, leadership, and operations from the inside. Think of it as corporate espionage… with your permission and a PowerPoint at the end.



Here’s how a CoreSight Audit works from start to finish:


✅ Step 1: Intake & Alignment

We meet with your leadership or HR team to understand what’s driving your interest in an audit. Is it high turnover? Bad Glassdoor reviews? Vibes are off? We listen, then we scope.

You choose the package. We align on timelines, role placement, and confidentiality terms.


🧾 Step 2: Role Setup & Access

We’ll onboard just like any other new hire — using your training, systems, and workflows. You’ll create a short-term employee record (we’ll walk you through how), and we’ll receive basic credentials just like any new team member.

No special treatment. No corporate tour. We blend in and go to work.


👀 Step 3: Embedded Observation

For the duration of the audit, we live the employee experience.

That means onboarding, shift work, meetings, communications, and casual culture moments. We document morale, behavior patterns, training quality, red flags, and real-time friction — all while flying under the radar.

No one knows we’re auditing unless you decide to inform a specific contact.


📊 Step 4: Report Delivery

You’ll receive a full audit report that includes:

  • Culture health score
     
  • Morale & leadership observations
     
  • Risk alerts (compliance, safety, legal exposure)
     
  • Quick wins + long-term recommendations
     

We’ll also schedule a live debrief with leadership to walk through what we found — and what you should do next.
